Attention Faculty using Canvas,

Canvas Technical Support has been notified about an issue with Canvas messages and attendance reports. It seems that notifications from Canvas that are supposed to be sent to your college email (depending on your notification settings in Canvas) are not being sent or arrive hours later. During this week you might also want to check your sent items in your Canvas Inbox (Conversations). There has been a report that replies were listed under Sent items instead of the Inbox.

If you are required to send attendance reports from Canvas, please be advised that the notification emails containing the link to the report might arrive several hours after you run the report in your courses.

Our IT department and Instructure (Canvas) are working on a solution to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
