Have you ever wondered why some women seem to live with such aliveness at 90 years of age while others at 50 years seem to live just to exist? What is “it” that those feeling so alive have that the others do not have? Come learn and discuss what “it” is.

This educational course is open to women who want to discover what they need to do to age successfully based upon findings by the scientific community. It involves learning about what interferes with your own sense of aliveness and techniques for gaining that aliveness. This interactive course will explore member’s thoughts and beliefs about aging and the myths and facts about getting older.
